The ups stores are individually owned per ups. this store charges a steep rate. Mine was $5 more than online ups pricing. If it wasnt a snow storm out i would have left. Save yourself money and use usps (us post office) in back of it or go to the office depot on hall and schoenherr. They even tried to overcharge me for my box further by mis-measuring a dimension...pay attention...if you must ship here measure the box yourself to verify.

Shipping is well overprice. I shipped a package there once to Florida and it was $16.59 one week later I shipped the same item to Florida again but from a different ups store a couple miles away it was $6.21 DO NOT SHIP FROM HERE!!!

what an outstanding company very polite and respectful. the employees showed up too my house ontime and did everything they said they were going to very quick and efficent im recommending to everyone i know.thank you for bringing great customer service back into my life.
