I had the worst experience ever. When I called them looking for a quote the representative pretended not to understand me I am an American citizen raised in Mexico. I am fluent in English, highly educated but still hold a distinctive accent). I told the man he was being rude to which he replied "I am having a hard time understanding you". I found quite disturbing the fact that he never asked me to speak louder or to repeat what I was saying instead he hung up on me. It was a very insulting experience and the first of this sort in the 20 years I have lived in this country.
