Refused to dye my hair the color I wanted it, so they dyed it how they wanted it. Went home and my fiance hated it and so I called and they said to come back in and that they would fix it for free.



So no big deal, I go back in to get my hair fixed and the person who did my hair in the first place threw a fit and refused to do my hair without charging me for another complete dye job!



I have a wedding to stand up in tomorrow, thanks for that and don't expect any referrals out of me...

I was looking for a feather to be put in my hair for a vacation I had coming up. The lady that helped me said that they didn't have a lot because they were out of style. She pulled out what they had in stock and before i could say which one i liked she said "i know this isnt what youre looking for, try the salon across the street". Didn't even want to help me or do anything it seemed. I won't return to this salon and suggest you also try the salon across the street before going here!

Wonderful experience!! I was looking for a new salon and a friend mentioned to me to try this salon. I called and spoke to an extremely friendly and helpful receptionist. The next day I came in, a little nervous, but when I met my stylist I felt relieved. She and all the staff greeted me and it really put me a ease-they are all so nice! It was a very relaxing and pleasant experience! After leaving with a beautiful new color and style I felt great! I paid $115 for a cut and color. It was worth every penny. I tried one of those 59.00 color & free deal's 2 month's ago and all I have to say is...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR and beware!!! I highly recommend Tricho Salon! I'll see you in 6 weeks ;) Thank you!

I purchased a Groupon for this salon to try it out. I was new to the area and was in need of a new salon. The price for my services went through the roof the second they found out I purchased a Groupon. $185 for a cut & color with a sub-par stylist who took way too long to put in foils. The Salon needs to get with the program and see their competition. Bianci's Salon is way better with a much more professional atmosphere. This salon Sucks!!!!!!
