Don't use this business if you value your shirts.... I have had two very nice Ralph Lauren Dress shirts ripped by this cleaner and they just claim that the shirts are old and my elbows caused the holes.... Both were ripped in the exact same location ... same left arm and the shirts were fairly new. I have several of this shirts that I wear to my office desk job and I wear them 6-7 months out-of-the-year - and equates to a shirt being used 1 once out-of-every two weeks. Not much use and somehow it got ripped in the arm in the exact same location and I tried to rip them by hand and could not.
