After finding an unexpected nail in my front tire late this riding season, I came into your Service Department to get my bike fixed. Matt Verstrat assisted me in arranging to get it picked up, replace the tire and get me back on the road. Thank you Matt for the quick turn around thus helping me keep my sanity by allowing me to get my much needed wind therapy.

I've been to several Harley dealers in the past, but this one is different than the rest. Hats off to all the amazing people I encountered through the purchase of my Ultra today. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and exceptional are just a few words to describe my salesman- Eric. Before I even spent a dime, he took the time to show us around and make us feel at home and that really speaks for itself! I'll admit, I'm sometimes hard to impress when it comes to customer service and he delivered well beyond my expectations. Even the other customers were soo nice to meet and talk with! After spending over 100k at wolverine Harley , I gave them a deposit in October of 13 for a cvo ultra , so much for my good faith deposit they just called and said my bike was in went there yesterday to find that the general manager told my salesman to sell my bike and that I could wait for another limited production bike to come in. I guess I'm not surprised give the fact the Harley dealership is owned by a local car dealer, when they say you can't trust car salesmen in this case that means Harley's as well. Great job upper management you once again managed to run off another faithful customer, I will never spend another penny at wolverine Harley Davidson
