Frank is amazing at what he does. Very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He was able to give us great advice during our home buying experience and made sure we were buying a solid and safe home that fit our family. I highly recommend picking Frank to sell/buy a home.

Frank was wonderful throughout this entire process. From when I first contacted him and he helped me narrow down what kind of home would suit my needs to the end of the process explaining to me what to expect at the closing, Frank was professional and working for my interests. The whole time I could tell that frank wasn't just trying to push me to buy a house, but instead he was helping me find the prefect home for me. We went on countless trip to look at dozens of houses and Frank put forth a full effort every trip. He was prepared and had properly researched information about each home and was able to explain some of the benefits and detriments about each home, like you would expect your real estate agent to be able to do. You can really feel the experience he has in this field from years of working as a professional. He was great at communicating what I wanted to the seller's agent and also at drafting offers exactly as I requested. As a first time home-buyer Frank did an amazing job at helping understand how the process works and his experience is an asset to any buyer, first-time or otherwise.

Back around 2008, Frank was very gracious to take the time to go look at my mother's Warren home to give me a value for her. I was so impressed with him doing that for me that he was the first person I knew to call in 2020 to help me sell my cottage on Harsens Island because I knew I could trust him as opposed to other realtors in that area. He is professional, honest, knowledgeable, and gave me lots of advice in getting my home ready. Frank is an excellent real estate agent and is well versed in his field. He helped sell my Grandfathers house after his passing and did so quickly while getting my family more money on the house than what we thought we could get. He is incredibly professional and takes time to explain to you the various processes of selling a home. I highly recommend him.
