I live in MO. Bought a ball hitch RV from my sister in WI. Set it up for the driver from the hauling company to stop at Pomp's on the way out of town and prepaid for 2 tires. Pomp's hustled to get the tires changed that morning. Driver left with the RV but returned 1.5 hours later as the RV had blown a tire (not one they had serviced) and the rim was bent. Pomp's called me right away with an estimate telling me they had the parts I needed in stock. They had a completely full schedule that day until 3pm but they found a way to get that tire/rim on my RV and get it on the road by 1:30pm! The communication was excellent. They called me with every price change and every update on the situation. They knew I was at work (I'm a hospice nurse) and kept the phone calls to an efficient minimum while taking care of a stressful nightmare of a situation for me when I couldn't; something I have been able to rely only on my family for in the past. 100% RECOMMEND ALL DAY EVERY DAY!!!

Our daughter called to say her tire was losing air. I called this business and the gentleman said he would stay until she got there and fix her tire. Other tire businesses did not give us that option. Thank you so very much!
