Ive been going to Hoyt & Company for years now. They always have good quality and fast turn around time.

This company APPEARS have it together, but it's just an appearance. The quality of work is good but don't expect to get your order back for a few months. My order took two months. I called 7 times and not one of my calls was returned. I also sent an emai via the website. I once spoke to someone who stated they would check on the status of my order and call me back and they never did. Prior to that I was told my order hasn't shipped because it was missing a t-shirt I added on and it would be ready the next day to ship out. I waited almost 3 weeks after that call before I started calling about my order. No one was ever there to answer the phone. Calls go to a voicemail or answering system. When my order was finally shipped it was missing a jacket. The jacket is on back order until the end of July. I was never told this in the 2 months it took to fill my order. Just an fyi....allow several months before you need your items and don't try to call to check on the status of your order.
