Worse place to live. I have lived here for nearly 4 years and it is always drama, they don't fix anything. Been through 5 manager's and they all say they will fix the problems in my apartment but there never do. The owner is shady along with the manger. Not family friendly at all

I am a previous tenant, lived there for about 18 months. WHAT A DUMP!!! Renter beware, for sure...water has been shut off for nonpayment numerous times, and trash has been known to sit and overflow for days for nonpayment of services. Originally local police would patrol a couple of times a day, when I moved, they were there numerous times of day for problems! There is mold known to be in basement and in apartments, water leaks, parts of ceilings have collapsed. I have also seen tenants the owner did not like, even long term tenants, have thier rent refused so they could be put out. Last known manager, Ron, was trying to get apartments fixed up, but to litle avail...I have heard that some are being redone, but I have not seen this myself to know if it is true or not. If you are desperate and seeking short term, I would tell you to possibly consider it...but if you are looking for LONG TERM, NICE, and SAFE???? RENTER BEWARE!!!!
