Very bad service, bad business practice by the owner.. they do believe in customer satisfaction or their needs. If you stylists messes up. The owner says oh well and go somewhere else.. so remember that when you are sitting in that chair.. because you will be walking around in that hairdo until you can get into another salon. Definitely don't go here with your bridal party.. DON'T TAKE THAT CHANGE

Very bad business practice very bad customer service. If you're stylists messes up the owner does not care about her customers she says oh well and wishes you the best of luck. So while you are sitting in that chair remember that the owner does not believe in making things right so when your stylists messes up on your hair.. you will be walking around with that hairdo until you can get into another salon to get it fixed.. DEFINITELY DO NOT BRING YOUR BRIDAL PARTY HERE.. DON'T TAKE THAT CHANCE
