Moved in to this complex about seven months ago.seemed nice and clean and well mantained and staff appeared very nice and personable. Be wary I will use the term lipstick job to best descibe the complex. Within a few days after moving in the apt began to fill with bees. The tenant next to me had bats due to structural holes.Water started to leak on kitchen floor lines in kitchen needed to be replaced.Shortly after several tenants smelled gas leaking outside consumers energy was called when I questioned the tech. Said the they were all very old causing leaks and all needed to be replaced wich would cause the apt.to at times feel very cold and knocking noises which is

The case rep tagged them but said it would not resolve the whole problem they had been called to the complex.many times and issue would probably not be resolved any time soon also had Matience knocking on doors sometimes daily doing what is called occupancy checks on everyone .very intemedated by them and issue felt a loss of privacy.Along with other tenants knocking on doors needing things This is not a safe environment to live in for children or anyone for that matter also water meters are shared so you are being charged a percent of everyone's usage including coin opp. Washers water usage.

I have lived here for almost a year and I have to say they are clean, safe and under New and really friendly management. Any repairs I have requested have been done same or next day and I really love my new energy efficient windows. My utility bills are low and I have friendly neighbors. We are walking distance from a strip mall that has many useful stores. I have to say, the new management and maintenance really rock. I plan on signing on for another year.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! This place is dreadful! Tenants are crazy. Nothing is repaired, everything is old and dirty. Maintenance and office people are very rude, inconsiderate, and very confrontational! I do NOT recommend this place for anyone, especially with children! Halls smell like pot and smell leaks into your own apartment. Owners don't take care for anything. People don't clean up after their dogs

I have been a tenant for a little over a year now. The apartments are nice, clean...affordable..and safe. My fridge went out, and they brought me a brand new one. My air went wacky, and it took them about 3 tries, but they got it fixed and even brought me a fan in the meantime. When the pool was damaged, they could have kept it closed, but choose instead to repair and reopen it...it took a couple of weeks, but was well worth it! Katrina is great in regards to complaints, they are quickly resolved, and she and Amber are both easy to talk to. So, two thumbs up to them as well as to the maintence crew...thanks, guys! :)
