Locally owned and operated gym with the equipment to rival the large chains but the feel of a small-town, community based place. The actual fitness center is nowhere near the size of a Planet Fitness but comparable to other chains like Snap or Anytime Fitness. The inclusion of the basketball courts/indoor space separates this place from the others, in my opinion. Steve, the manager, runs a pretty tight ship and the staff around him is very productive. Melissa and Julia are typically on the floor training members and bring a lot of energy to the environment. Overall, it's just a cool place. SUPPORT YOUR LOCALLY OWNED BUSINESSES!

Excellent Gym! Better equipment than any other gym in the area and great people. The atmosphere is exactly what you are looking for in a private health club. Open 24/7 to members. Sometimes the parking lot can be a bit crowded during basketball events. But overall, this place is highly recommended.
