This Bank of the west is by far the worst banks to trust with your money. About 95% of the time they have no Idea what they are even doing and how to do it. Its bad when it takes 5 people (after an hour on phone) to know what you are even talking about and what you need to do to fix it. Also if there is a problem with account you will have to run out to this bank every other day to fill out paperwork . It really gets old after a while.
