My experience with Dr. Poock has been nothing but positive. I called at the last minute for a slight emergency and I had a very limited schedule. she not only worked me into her schedule for the next day at the last minute, but she took her time to explain what was wrong and what I should do. I never felt that she was rushed or that she felt I owed her for working me in. Dr. Poock was extremely knowledgable and made me feel 100% confident in her abilities. Furthermore, both she and her receptionist were kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Poock's practice to anyone looking for a podiatrist.

Dr. Jana Poock was a blessing compared to most doctors I've ever seen. She took the time to truly listen to my problem and clearly explained my options. At no time did I feel pressured into surgery (I've heard this from friends who saw other doctors).I plan to refer all of my family and friends to Dr. Jana in the future.Thank you, Dr. Jana!
