Provided by YP.comI had poor help lately trying to get a repair of a $300+ blind I bought 16-17 months ago, never mind it has a 3 years cord warranty and a lifetime limited warranty. The brand was Levolor. I am very happy with Levolor, upset with JCPenney's as they would not help me ship it back to Levolor. I had to pay $27+ shipping through Fed Ex to get them repaired. I am extremely unhappy and will not return to this location. I also shared my discouragement on Facebook with my almost 1000 friends! :O( Not good!
