I mistakenly chose to get a membership with Massage Envy. It has been a nightmare. I requested to cancel it in March and signed the cancellation form. I told them not to charge my account in June. A few days later I get an email telling me I notified them too early and I would have to request cancellation again in May in order for it to be effective in June and for my account to not be charged. This is a scam and VERY poor customer experience. I will be sure to let all my co-workers, colleagues and friends know.
