Provided by YP.comBooked a stay for my son through Hotels.com. When he got there they would not let him stay. I called to try to work something out. Nope. They needed a credit card. Got my bill. $183.99 they charged me for a room THEY refused. Nice. Thanks Hotels.com and Sterling Hotel and Suites of Clive Ia. Oh. My son stayed at Super 8. They where happy to work with me.

As an experienced business traveler for over 15 years, Iâve stayed in many different places around the country. Rarely do I take the time to write an actual review. The Sterling Hotel and Suites is an exception. In a word: Impressive. I had an excellent experience staying there. The rooms were very spacious. It was like having my own apartment away from home. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful, also a great location near shopping, restaurants and nightlife. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!!!
