I got a lifetime powertrain warranty with my vehicle and its so awesome, if my engine blows up and I only pay a 100$ deductible and get a new engine. This warranty is good as long as I own the vehicle!

Best working experience ever! Highly recommend this family owned dealership. I have personally purchased and serviced many vehicles here!!!

Did great work on our van

I have bought three vehicles from them. Each time, my experience got worse. The initial buying the vehicles were fine. Fair prices, Paul Carpenter is easy to get along with. The service center is horrible. Communication between sales and service center is horrible. Communication between myself and the service center is pointless. I'd have an appointment and they would always have to reschedule. They replaced brakes and I left with service lights on in my vehicle that they claim are a "coincidence". Which very well could be, but I have proof that I've between lied to before by them. Luckily I didn't have them fix it. They charge $260 for the part. My mechanic can get the part for $78. Sad to say, this is the last time I buy from them or refer friends and family.

Great dealership to work with. Bought a used mini-van and found a couple of things that didn't work. Took it back and they were fised for free.Every time I've taken my van in for service the service techs are great. There have actually been a couple of times that I've taken the van in and suspected something was not working properly and the service techs have told me that I didn't need a repair at that time. Great to know that I could wait a while to do the repair.Thanks Al. Renee and the whole crew for making car maintenance a good experience.

I purchased a wagon. The sales process was hassle free and easy. I felt that I was a person, and not a number; bravo all was good. On my way home the engine light came on. They determined the problem and stated that there would be no charge; after they fixed it, they did charge me a misc. fee. My argument was that I was told “there would be no charge” to fix the initial problem and being charged even the slightest fee was in bad taste. Also, since I had the vehicle less than 30 days and was not told that one window was inoperable at the time of the sale, the window also should be fixed at no cost. After a short deliberation, the window was fixed at no cost and the misc. fee will be applied to an oil change. I am very happy that this is a company that works to make things right.
