I went to exchange an item i had purchased earlier. I was aware that the store would be closing in approximately 15 min. But there was two of the girls that worked there sitting on the curb outside smoking a cigarette. I waved. By the time i parked my vehicle i saw the girls run into the store and lock the door. The blonde girl kept her back to me at the door and after several moments and without turning around to look at me or come to the door and talk to me, she yelled "I will be here in the morning at 8:00!" As my daughter stood next to me and saw all this, even at 10 yrs old she knows what respect and common decency means. I was tremendously upset to have been treated like that by anyone much less a professional business I have been shopping at atleast 1-3 times a week for 8 years. And one reason why I went to the store all these years and several times a week was because of the relationships I had always had with anyone that worked there. They were always so kind and friendly. Always ready to help. This indecent happened and I havent went back. It was humiliating. .
