Dr. Mokhtar at Spine and Health Center of NJ (Montvale) was the only doctor who eliminated my pain successfully and in a short time. I had a herniated disc for a while, and then I fell down the stairs and shifted my lower spine bones. My spine nerves were pressed. I was in excruciating pain. Dr. Mokhtar lowered my pain significantly. This was after I had already tried 2 months of physical therapy with no success. Dr. Mokhtar coached me, slowly transitioning me into a gym going strong individual.
