I absolutely love the veterinarian! She is amazing and has always treated my baby with nothing but love. I have been there 9 years. The biggest problem at the vet office is the lady that works up front. She is very opinionated. I love the veterinarian and the staff but I just couldn't deal with front receptionist.

The vet, vet techs, and staff are always very knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and obviously love animals- I feel like they actually care about my pets. They never push for unnecessary tests or procedures, which other vets have tried to do to us in the past. I have been going to this practice for years, and trust them. I recommend Clover Pet.

Sadly, wil never go back ! Brought our Greyhound in for dental work, which was successfull, however he fell off the table while waking up. Dr. Smith was able to pull out the entotracheal tube from his throat, and recieved numerous bite marks to her hand but Patch also in the process bit his tongue.he had to have 3 staples in his head where he got a laceration. He bled and bled and bled from his tongue until it got so bad we took him to the emergency 24 hr. vet on S. Tryon where he recieved 2 units of Plasma and fluid replacement and bled for a total of 23 hrs, Patch stayed for the next 2 days. The swelling on his tongue started to interfere with his breathing but finally did resolve by the next day. I understand accidents can happen. Dr. Smith and Ann called everyday to check on him. The Vet techs were clearly upset as well but it's morally and I believe legally wrong, for the practice owner and practice manager to arrogantly deny any and all responsability! They offered nothing towards the enormous amount it cost to take care of Patch and clearly said there was nothing they could do other than take $73. off the bill. O'h, one last comment Dr. Love made was if an animal dies while in their facility, they're not responsible for that either !!!!
