Terrible customer phone service.... Horrible customer phone service... Pathetic customer phone service

For $14.99 a month, It is really a big let down. I would recommend apple care instead.

I have never dealt with such incompetence in a retail setting. Not only have I been given inaccurate information and dates, but I have been put on hold 4 times and hung up on 3 times and have waited in line for am hour for a 10 minute transaction. There is no distinction in employee level considering the managers are equally as useless as the employees. I will do my absolute best in the future to shop absolutely anywhere but here. This store and it's ridiculous excuse for a customer service desk have turned me off to best buy as a company and I will not be giving them my business again.

I phoned the Fresno Best Buy and requested a price check for the new Beatles Box Set that was being released that day. The person who took my call at the Fresno store acted as if I was a bother by requesting a price check. I was placed on hold, and the person never came back to the phone.



I then phoned the Clovis Best Buy and Jennifer took my call. She was very pleasant and helpful. She briefly placed me on hold and obtained a price check for me. She offered to hold the Box Set in customer service for me. I asked that she go ahead and do so. She then informed me that they would “price match” any competitors lower price. And when I went to Clovis store to pick up the Box Set, Leah provided me with excellent friendly customer service.



Clovis Best Buy is now my Best Buy store of choice. No more heavy “Riverpark” traffic, and no more clerks who seem bothered that you request assistance. Good ol’ fashion customer service wins every time!!!

The employees were very helpful and knew what they were doing. Even though this Best Buy is smaller I really enjoyed visiting it because it just seemed that the employess were more capable of offering me assistance in a more timely manner.

The Best Buy employees were wonderfully helpful and it came across that they truly enjoyed working there. It was a pleasure to shop at this new Best Buy and I plan to shop there again.
