The owner Bill King has unethical business practices and faulty repairs which he does not back up like a proper citizen. He repaired my exhaust wrong and my car didn't pass smog because of it. I spent $600+ initially on a new exhaust and then an addition $45 to reinstall my oxygen sensor that he didn't put on in the first place. He never asked where it was suppose to go, so when he installed it he put it in the wrong spot. I took my car to get my smog done and it failed the visual and emission inspection. I took the car back to him and he continued to put me off requiring me to get the actual specs, from which I acquired from the Toyota dealership and pictures of the underneath of a car like mind. Upon return after many times not meeting his supposed requirements. He refused to repair it and did not stand behind his work as a true auto repair mechanic should. His behavior including yelling and cussing as me, as I am a college student and needed this repair because thieves stole my catalytic converter that started this whole encounter. If you want good work I wouldn't go to this guy, and he doesn't back up his work.
