George Brown Fitness... What a Disappointment! by fresnoplumbing I've been a member of George Brown Fitness in Clovis since they first opened their doors. Nice gym, nice people, nice location. That's where the nice ends and the ugly starts. I stopped going to the club in January 2012 and cancelled the card associated with the account. When I received a bill on May 10th for Feb through May in the amount of $126.00, I called their office and asked why I was being billed. They said the account was still open, and ALL charges were due. I requested they requested they cancel the membership and waive the fees, but they declined stating: "How do we know you haven't been coming to the club the whole time" Really? So after years of being a loyal customer, George Brown Fitness shows their "true colors" by calling me a liar and making excuses about their "RULES". George Brown Fitness gets a 1 STAR rating from me (I would give them ZERO, but CitySearch requires at least a 1 star rating.

Gb3 is a great place to workout. With the free weights n machines to the tread mills n classes.
