Ask for Billy and you'll get a good job. He's quite talented and gentle. John the manager can do a good job, too, if he's in a good mood, and often he seems not. The rest of them, too rushed and don't seem to care.

The first time the service was fair for a late friday night. I paid $27 for white tip french manicure. This second time I went I was shocked.



I got a full set with glitter tips done. The clerk did a rushed job even though there was no other customer waiting. There was a point where a nail was unglued. I brought it to the clerks attention. However, the clerk ignored my concern until I had to stand my ground. By this point my nails were nearly done and was waiting to leave. At the end I ended up paying over $44. I feel this shop needs to improve on their customer service and product quality for such an expensive price.
