I really enjoyed working with the people at Omni. I did some computer work in their offices, and observed how they did business. I loved the relationships they had with their clients and residents. They're office was busy, but they took time to take care of every resident, every phone request, and were willing to go the extra mile for their clients. It was a pleasure to do business with them, and I recommend them to my friends frequently.

Omni has been managing my properties for the last 6 years. They are professional, thorough, and honest. They handle problems quickly and deal with small issues without needlessly consulting the owner. They handle tenant screening, evictions, and even Sec 8. As an out of town owner, I am confident my properties are in good hands!

Does not belong to the BBB. Didn't bother collecting four days rent from tenants. Omni told tenants that they owed the landlord moneys. Thought that's why we paid Omni?? :(

Worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. Absolutely terrible management. I can't even begin to explain how many times I call for major issues in my apartment and they don't return my call. We went without a refrigerator for three weeks and have been left in 100+ degree weather with no air functioning air conditioner. Apartments are nice but management is not worth it.

Awesome staff. Joanne and staff have managed my rental well. I had major problems with another company. My home was left in a mess and it looked horrible even after the company had it cleaned. Thank God I found OMNI. They found awesome tenants, I'm sure, because of their professionalism and knowledge. Calls are returned promptly and issues addressed to my satisfaction. If you want to be a "worry free" rental experience call Omni!

As a tenant I appreciate that Omni takes care of Maintenance issues immediately. When we call for maintenance we usually get a call back that same day to schedule an appointment.

Omni Management has been managing our property in the Fresno area since December 2007.They are exceedingly professional and thorough in handling all the business aspects of managing property. All their business dealings are impeccably honest and according to all legal specifications. They also make sure the property itself is promptly taken care of as soon as need arrives. They do not make decisions without consulting with ownership. They also handle small problems without having to consult the owner needlessly.



Omni Management is just the best! I trust them in every aspect of the management of my house.
