Provided by YP.comI purchased an expensive fancy dog collar for my 5 lb Yorkie about two months ago. The fancy beading on the collar started coming off and now half of it is off the collar just hanging there. I took it back to Sassy Paws and explained I purchased it ABOUT two months ago and just wanted to exchange it for another one. The rude girl behind the counter practically bit my head off when she very directly told me NO they wouldn't take it back because their return policy is 60 days and I bought mine ABOUT two months ago. at my insistence, she supposedly went in the back to call the owner to ask if they can take it back and came back ruder than before to say NO. They don't stand behind their products, are rude, and have no customer service skills whatsoever. Will NEVER return.
