Service man called before coming. He was very thorough. Pulled refrigerator out from the wall and vacuumed all the dust out of the back and off of the coils. He did an excellent job. Was very pleased.

Good guys. Some are of course, more enthusiastic than others, so, if you think they should be doing more..ask them first, then if no satisfaction in their response to you, call their manager. If you ask the tech at your home, he/she should be able to give you his managers work number. ,

We had a repairman check washer, dryer and refrigerator in one trip. It was warranty servicing on all three. For some odd reason , 4 weeks later our dryer (Elite) quite working, was repaired, worked for 1 week and am now waiting for it to be repaired . We also had a simple hinge to be replaced on our gas stove, it has been out of service for 4 weeks as well. $600 for the repair. Curious, because I have stuck with Kenmore but trust me, don't count on them fixing ANYTHING on the initial visit. It will take at least 1 more week to reschedule the followup appointment to PUT ANY part on.

The serviceman who came out 01/25 did a great job servicing my four applicants. He took about an hour and left everything nice and neat
