I took my computer into the store on the Figarden loop twice to fix problems I had. The first time to have a virus removed which they did very quickly. At the same time I had the memory increased to make it work faster and improve performance. The next time, I took the grandkids computer to have a virus removed because they did not load an anti-virus onto it before they went on the internet. The last time was to fix an issue with the AV license. I was at a loss as to what I was doing wrong, but it turns out, they could do a better job because they know more. The service they provide is worth twice the price.

They guys are good! I called 6 or 8 different places and NO ONE could give me a straight answer. Jay, the head geek told me to bring in my system for free virus scan. It was awesome he found the problem and didn't charge me an arm and leg like Best Buy was going to. Great Service! Thanks Jay!
