Provided by YP.comThe girls who work there have always been very friendly and helpful; however, I have always noticed that the woman who owns the salon is extremely rude, and makes you feel like you are an idiot. I decided to take my business elsewhere because I don't think she deserves my time or money.

Provided by YP.comThis place SUCKS!!! The girls are great but if you do have one tiny little itty bitty problem, the OWNER treats you horribly. Like you are an idiot and second class citizen. I highly recommend this crap hole if you like being demeaned and disrespected! Enter at your own risk!

Provided by YP.comTropic Breeze is the best tanning salon in clovis. The owners and employees are extraordinary. This salon has great prices and exceptional tanning beds. They are very clean and organized. The enviorment makes you feel more welcome. I tell everyone to go there, because IT'S THE BEST!!!!!!! They have great products too. Awesome tanning lotions and after tanning lotion. They have a great inventory. I'm proud to be a customer at Tropic Breeze. You have to try it!!!!!

Provided by YP.comI found Tropic Breeze when I moved to this area almost three years ago. I have managed tanning Salons in my past and have a great idea of professionalism and Cindy and everyone of her employees have been fantastic. I had surgery and could not tan during my membership and it was no problem for them to put in on hold. Also, during the months that my husband unexpectedly got sick and needed surgery our funds ran low and Cindy was right there to work with us through it. We have a yearly membership that we keep renewing because I know from experience that no one else would treat us as kindly and professional as the owners and employees at Tropic Breeze Tanning. Thank you Cindy and Girls for being so AWESOME!!

Provided by YP.comI worked at Tropic Breeze for 2 1/2 years. After tanning here I would never go anywhere else. This is the cleanest salon in town. I worked at another tanning salon before Tropic Breeze and the management was horrible. I am very pleased with the management at Tropic Breeze. The owners really do care about the customers, and in my opinion go above and beyond to please them. All of the employees are educated about the tanning process, and they take a test for certification. I have been to other salons where the employees didnt know anything about tanning, and as a result I had a bad experience. The beds here are excellent and tan you evenly. The owner's of the salon are very considerate. I now have a year membership. It is the best deal around. I have had no problems at this salon. I would recommend tanning here above anywhere else!

I was a happy customer of Tropic Breeze Tanning for over a year when I first ran into problems. The credit card I had set up for automatic deduction of my dues was converted to a platinum card, and there was a subsequent number change. Rather than contact me (as GB3 had done) I was informed on my next visit that my account was “frozen” for nonpayment. Although embarrassing, the girls who work there were really nice about it, took down my new card number, and informed me that there would be a $25 fee. I was a little irked by it, so I requested a call from the manager (the owner), thinking maybe we could split the difference because I was such a good customer. After all, I had purchased their expensive lotions, paid for frequent “upgrades,” and referred them quite a bit of business. When I wasn’t contacted I wasn’t too thrilled, but I decided to let it go.
Imagine my surprise when the following month I was once again told that my account was frozen. I got out my smart phone showed them the zero balance, 10k credit limit on my card, as well as the charges from the previous month. They called the owner and she asked if I needed to change the date the dues were deducted. I was insulted by the implication that I couldn’t pay my bills, particularly after I showed them my account online. They unfroze my account, and assured me that the owner would call this time.
She did call me the next day, but was immediately antagonistic, accusing me of changing cards frequently, non-payment, and went so far as to blame my bank when I pointed out that her employees had visual proof of my ability to pay. Her condescending, rude manner was only compounded by the fact that she said she was keeping the money she had already charged my card (which had amazingly enough started working again).
So if you are someone who likes to be charged exorbitant fees, treated like a second-class citizen, publicly embarrassed and verbally demeaned, I highly recommend Tropic Breeze Tanning. Although the staff are wonderful, the owner has clearly demonstrated her contempt for her customers.

Provided by YP.comAwesome! Great customer service! If you want a great tan that lasts, use this salon. They also sell great, affordable products to give you the best tanning experience! I have been a customer since I moved up here from San Diego and I refuse to go anywhere else!
