I cant say enough good things about Darrold and the guys at Universal Auto & Truck Repair. I have been a customer for over 7 years. They have worked on several of my vehicles from Range Rover to Cadillac to Chevy Truck to Hyundai. From minor problems to major engine repair. They fix it right the first time every time at a fair price and in a timely manor. They came highly recommeded so I went to them. They acceptedmy job. Over three weeks gone by and my vehicle still sitting. It only needs a new belt tensioner and belt!!!
Week after week, excuses, excuses. So I went to talk to Paul one of the owners a few mornings ago. He said he had been down with the flu. OMG he wreaked of alcohol like he had been on a week long bender!!! Disgusting!! The smell was coming of of his pores even...some flu eh.
They knew I had my vacation to Arizona planned & now its delayed!!! I lost my vacation deposits because of them!
Just BEWARE Paul & Darold are over rated flakes!!!!!!
