Don't listen to the bad reviews. This place is great fun. You are allowed to bring in your own food and even use there BBQ's for free so just do that to save money and be patient and use the free tubes instead of being on those impatient snobs who rent tubes. Also, the metal slide is probably one of the most fun rides there, it just looks scary. But I assure you as someone who has ridden it at least 50 times its perfectly safe. So put on your big boy pants and give it a try

Our wonderful water park

I have lived in Fresno all my life and have been going to Wild Waters since I was a little kid. It isn't perfect but it a beautiful piece of land that has tons of shade. Yes rides are sometimes closed just like any theme park. The key is know before you go. Take a cooler with food and drinks and minimal articles so you can leave your stuff unattended. Buy ahead and look on-line for price deals. Yes it does cost a lot but if you don't like it drive to Sacramento and go to raging waters. The price in gas alone should make Wild Waters worth it. Be thankful we even have a water park. You could go to the Island if you want to sit on concrete and want a lower amount of slides to choose from. My kids just went yesterday and had a blast as usual.
