In response to the review by haragon67...the filter was so clogged up and dirty from not being changed that it pulled so hard on the breaker box and caused an overload. The lady that wrote the review was not the resident and only had part of the story..

Do not rent from these people! They are terrible landlords and will take your money. My daughter was renting from them and the electricity was going on and off, they called a "electrician" out for repairs. Mr. Junior Dallas said it was cause the filter had not been changed. But the repair was for some issues with the breaker box and now they want her to pay for the electrician.
