Absolutely HORRIBLE. Bought a vehicle from them....after THREE WEEKS i was notified that the company financing the vehicle hadnt even approved anything, due to the dealership not passing information to me that was given to them by the finance company. So after three weeks, paperwork actually started for the car i purchased. The trade in vehicle is still in my name, and has been driving around town with a new owner. They wait until the day before i leave the country to tell me that i have to do several more things just to get my tags...because for the past three weeks they had not looked at my paper work to even see the state i live in. So now i have two car loans open, one car driven by somebody I dont know, and the other car will be illegal for me to drive when i get back in country because HAMILTON FORD cant talk to their damn customers. I will never buy from them again, and discourage anybody else from ever doing business with them. Even after they have messed up, they refuse to take responsibility and act as if its not their fault for being naive. Horrible.

I went to Hamilton Ford Dealership about 2 weeks ago and everyone was friendly, courteous and very helpful. I was struggling to get a car and they were trying to do EVERYTHING in there power to get me a car. Then I complained about the breaks because they were squeaking, day after day, they told me they were new and that I had to break them in. Although I tried my best to get them fix, while annoying them in the process, they never broke there smile. It's a cheerful environment and THE BEST auto dealership and service around Clovis. Thank you Hamilton!!!

I have never bought anything anywhere and had such an awful experience. I never recieved a temporary plate after calling the store for days to get something done. When i had to take my vechicle in to the shop i would never get a phone call back from the service advisors. I was told one thing and had another happen to me. In fact when I did finally get me truck back i had to drive it out of the shop myself or else i would of waited another hour for them to pull it up. Customer service is not only bad here but it is nonexistent. I have never seen any effort to improve the service and to me that shows a reflection of the ownership. In sales and any customer driven service your employees are what the management and ownership reflects onto them. After experiencing what the employees are like at Hamilton Ford, I would never want to meet any of those people. I strongly discourage anyone from buying anything here.
