Awesome Service! Food and Entertainment was worth every Penny. Will definitely return and share with others my great experience at this Establishment.

The waitess did not ask if we wanted soup or salad before our meal and tried to charge us a $13 tip we only had 5 people and the sign say 7 or more there will a tip and when we asked about it she said oh you ate with 2 other people so I was not going to help pay for them we didn't even know these people .so I thought the service today was really bad

I always seem to be going out of my way just to experience this Shoguns! I'll go ahead and say it, its awesome! Another thing, Charlie is one of the best cooks there but I recently got the honor of having another cook by the name of Robert cook for me and my family because Charlie was otherwise engaged cooking for others and let me say at the least I was very impressed with the overall outcome! Thank you shoguns and thank you Robert!

1 of the best japanese restaurants I've ever been to, but only if you request Charlie to be your cook.

The servers and cooks weren't as animated as some of the other ShoGun restaurant employees are in other cities that I've visited. Overall appearance was dingy on the way to dirty.
