This company is more than fair and honest with their customers. They even forward the phones after hours and weekends so that a live person can answer to take emergency calls. The complaint from CaliGirl was made on Saturday so the normal answer would be "hello". Since she is the girl friend of a tenant, and is not a tenant herself, she was never told about the responsiblities of a tenant during lease signing, so its great that she was told that there might be a charge for something that was caused by something she did. I am friends with the real owner of this unit, and CaliGirl was given the phone number to call so her problem could be fixed, even after it was found she called the wrong place. Her comments are unkind and are undeserved.

I called their company because my rental had a clogged drain and I wanted to get someone sent out to fix it. The lady who answered the phone simply said "hello?" I wasn't even sure I had called the right place, I had to ask if this was Weichert Realty. I explained my problem and she told me that it was clogged because I had put grease down the drain. I explained that we don't do that, and she said well that's usually the case so you'll have to pay for it if it's your fault. She was incredibly rude during the whole conversation. It turned out that our property no longer belonged to them. And she was highly annoyed that I had made the mistake of calling the wrong number, even though she didn't catch it until 3-4 minutes into our conversation. The coup-de-gras of the whole thing was that while I was talking, she got off the phone, slammed it down and proceeded to yell at some children that were there with her. After that, I now know who I won't be doing any business with in the future!

She did not say what business she was with or what her name was. I proceeded to explain my situation and when I was through, she said "well, it's probably because you put grease down the drain." I explained that we don't do that. And she informed me that it usually was the case, so if it's our fault we have to pay for everything. And the conversation proceeded to get worse from there. She was just very rude and then it turned out that the property didn't belong to their company. It had recently changed hands. She sounded completely annoyed that I had called the wrong number. Then she excused herself from the phone while I was talking so she could bang the phone on whatever surface was in front of her and yell at some children that were there with her. After all that, I will never use their company in the future.
