Beware of this company. It's had 7 owners since 1996. It gets tossed around by investment firms. It's currently owned by Clayton, Dubilier, and Rice which is known for being ruthless. The owner before them was ready to sell this company right after they bought it. They were probably shocked by the GE castoffs that run the company and their nepotism and mismanagement. Brand is in heavy debt. Their bonds are rated junk if you know about finance. They've been hit hard by the collapse of oil prices. It's time to get rid of the GE castoffs that run the company. They need to take a look at the Houston-Pasadena, Tx area and remove the executives there for sure. They've placed people there who can't get along with others. Everyone knows who that is.
