Responded quickly with inadequate knowledge and equipment. We had to repair their winch and cables with our tools, more than once. After the second truck arrived, they spent more time talking to each other than necessary, like they where "riding the clock". Had they showed up and said "we don't have the proper equipment for your situation and won't be able to help, but we still need to charge a hundred bucks for coming out" that would have been acceptable. Instead, wasted several hours, charged my friend over $1000.00 and left. The next morning (Sunday) I got Miller out of Weatherford, who had the knowledge and the equipment to recovery the pick-up. Cole, with his Kenworth got the pick-up out in a matter of minutes for only $450.00. I don't see how Midnight recovery sleeps at night raping people the way they do.
