We've been using United Septic & Drain for 10 years and they have done a great job, always on time and fair pricing.

Look out for undisclosed price. They charged me $50 more for extra hose since it was over 150' to the tank. When setting up service, I was asked if it was less than 150' from the house, I said somewhere around there without measuring. It was 190', and they added a $50 hose charge which I was unaware that was a possibility.



Called to discuss, but that went nowhere. Call Sunset or Fred's

My old pumper went out of business without any notice and these guys (and gals) stepped right in and made it a seamless change. They've always been prompt when I call and have very personable drivers. Big Thumbs Up!

I would not recommend. Very poor customer service. They came out to pump our septic but never did while here their service truck dumped fresh oil all over my brand new concrete and left. When I called United the receptionist told me they couldn't pump cause we should have 3 covers and one must be buried then she proceed to tell me his truck broke down. I know that since it is all in my driveway. As it turns out they couldn't even figure that we only had 2 covers and it shoukdnof gotten pumped that day they should know septic systems better than me. So I wasted a lot of time calling my builder and plumber. Also they would only give me a 10% discount cause of their mistakes I have spent more money and time trying to get it out of my driveway then the 10%. You would think we at least would of gotten a call from the owner apologizing for all their mistakes. The only reason I gave it a one star was the receptionist that worked there she was very understanding



My advice stay far away from them They will never get my business or recommendation
