Cahuilla Desert Academy serves students in grades seven and eight. It offers a range of educational and fundamental learning skills and programs. The academy provides various subjects, such as art, physical education, math, English, social science, science, language arts and foreign language classes, including Spanish. It organizes special extracurricular programs that include before- and after-school care, computer application classes, gymnastics and aquatics. Cahuilla Desert Academy also offers a variety of elective courses, such as art, band, drama, vocal music and journalism. The academy is a part of the Coachella Valley Unified School District.
