well what can i say about this carlsjr: to start -its a truck stop,THE PILOT,busy most of the time, maybe that has a factor on the way carls treats their customers. I get the cold hearted treatment every time i go there.. maybe i look unimportant. I also tried to upgrade the size of my fries to a large and they said they couldnt do it.. cause i had a coupon.. i do it at all other carls jr... anyway. they made me feel like i did something wrong... another day i ordered the largest frie with my order.. i looked in the bag and the frie carton thingy was far from full of fries... most carls load u up and spill em over in the bag... wow $2+ for a half empy thingy of frys... wow im batting 0 and im not content with there mannerisms or the amount of food... the burgers are good though, no complaints there.. to me getting treated good and receiving what u pay for are very important. the big cold hearted woman runs the counter like it was a battleship. I go here because i can park there with my big truck... but im gonna start stopping at jackinthebox down the road, ole jack has goood burgers too. and their not stingy with thier fries, and the treatment is much better.. i got to say that carls has some places that are out standing in food and service, its just this place aint one of them.......AMF
