I had a problem with a furnace where it was unclear what the brand and model were. I called 4 other people. Two refused to even come look at it. Another wanted $145 to look at it and would not guarantee he could do anything, even identify the problem. The fourth in less than 5 minutes determined I needed a new furnace and suggested a $9,000 model. When Brickey arrived they actually looked at the furnace and tried to fix it. The MAJOR issue others could not or would not overcome turned out to be a broken thermostat wire! They ran a new one. (no easy task in this situation) and had it up and running in less than 2 hours.

I was thrilled. I did not think I could be happier. Then the bill came, it has much LESS than I had been expecting. I have several houses and apartments. They will now have a new heating and cooling company. I highly recommend them.
