I also, just this past weekend had a script that I had to walk in because it's a controlled substance (understandable) but the pharmacist would not fill this because he said "I live out of town" which, no I do not, had he even bothered to look on his records, he would see that last month he filled the same exact script. My opinion, he was just being an a** and thought I was an addict because my script is written for 120 norco per month , because of my fibromyalgia issues that have been ongoing for years. I recently moved and was going to have the other 2 scripts transferred to them, but found that the pharmacy 2 doors down was more than happy to help me. If he is so concerned with addicts and how HE controls things he may want to look at his own pharmacy help as she just looked at me in a haze......trust me, go elsewhere. It's to bad that people try to label other people without knowing the story, when if he thought there were serious issues, he could have easily picked up the phone to call my doctor.
