Provided by YP.comThis store is very unorganized. Most of the managers are wonderful and very helpful. The store itself needs to focus on the things that are wrong with the store itself. Many items in the store are not in the computer correctly, and now it is necessary to call a manager to put in a price if it is not logged in or if the bar code is wrinkled and won't ring up. At this time there is at least 60%-75% of customers that have complained about this and just don't buy the item and wish for another store to come to town. I also feel that manager Gary needs to be taught all aspects of running the store instead of walking around complaining about who does or doesn't have their shirts tucked in. The only thing that he seems to be doing is the banking and making sure that the liquor dept is fully stocked and faced at all times. I also do not feel that as minimum wage employees we should have to pay out more money to be warm at the front of the store. Gary is also not doing the schedule very well since Paula was transferred. Some of the cashiers are getting more and some are getting less I do not feel that someone who has been there less time should have more hours. Also being that we are all women whether or not we are with someone or not we still have obligations of our own. Recently we had a meeting for all cashiers that I do not feel was of any use to anyone. I understand that there have been complaints about some of the cashiers and those people should be spoken to, I do not see the difference in saying "I have alcohol or 21" both infer that you need help for someone to just say "customer service" does not tell anyone what it is they need help with. If all they needed was someone to scan alcohol there is no reason for the manager behind the service desk to come out when another cashier could have taken care of it. There is always someone of age for this on the floor unless it is after 9pm on some nights. Also the parking for employees is not in a fair or decent area. If I am working till 9p or 10p I should not have to walk all the way around the building to another parking lot or all the way out to the street by myself. (again all the cashiers are women)
I hope that you will take these statements into account.
Thank you for your time
