My mother & I went through the drive thru on Sunday (March 16th) there was a young girl who came to the window. My mother proceeded to tell the girl that she wanted SOFT SERVE ice cream. The girl then asked us if we wanted a bag?! We are in the Drive thru and ordered a gallon & a pint of ice cream, come on. Im surprised she didn't ask us if we wanted spoons to eat it in the vehicle! Come on, use your brain, common sense & listen to the customers & what they want. Is that to much to ask?
