I want to advise anybody thinking of taking their car into this shop to STRONGLY reconsider. I recently took my car in to get a wheel bearing replaced. After their "repair" the ABS sensor came on. I asked them if they had perhaps installed it backwards. They went on to say that the part I ordered, for a 2010 civic, was probably not ABS compatible. I showed them the box and where it said the part had been 100% tested for ABS compatibility. Afterwards, either through incompetence or flagrant disregard for honesty, they went on to tell me that some (2010) civics don't have ABS. I told them I was going to take my car to the dealer because I couldn't trust them, and that I expected a refund if there was an error on their part. Their receptionist agreed with these terms. After a very expensive trip to the dealer diagnosing why the ABS light was on, it was determined that Houdinis had in fact installed the bearing wrong.

I asked for the compensation that they had agreed upon. This was two months ago. Crickets. I've done a charge back, and will be looking for legal recourse. In the meantime it appears that they have dissolved their LLC which may allow them to escape any liability. Now I'm left with a $1000 bill for what should have been a $300 job.

Don't let this be you.

If I could rate it less I would, I'm only sharing from my own experience of getting my classic car restored so follow at your own risk. This business stole my money, wasted half my year, lost some parts and even stole the gas out of my tank.

All the staff and technicians are very friendly and professional. They really do all they can to work with you to deliver the best service for you and your circumstances. Best service ever.
