These people are outstanding professionally, going the extra mile, polite, friendly, and a "can do" attitude! I can't say enough good things about them. Frank and Dave came out to empty my 5th wheel RV. I was having problems with my septic/black Tank and they went far and beyond the job they were there to do. They literally spent about two hours helping me out when they didn't have to do anything, other than empty the tank. It's right before the holiday and they were the only ones that I could get to come out and let me tell you, I was astonished with there kindness, great attitudes, and going way beyond their job for us. 5 Stars!

We have been using Big Oak for 25 years. They’ve always been prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. I’m not sure how a business in a small town for 40 years could have any poor reviews, but I guess you can’t please everyone. As for us, Greg has always done a great job and we really appreciate his help every time we need him!

This is the worst company doing business in the mountains, we will never use this company again. Had an inspection done on septic tank for pending sale of home. The a**hole inspector refused to come and do a second inspection..put in a negitive report, even tho the house has been unocupied for a year, didn't even sugest a solution to fix a minor issue...just kept saying"I stand on my report"...poor customer service, another company came out, told us the problem, and its being fixed now......will never ever, ever use Big Oak, and will tell all my friend about this.

I WOULD NEVERRRRRR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..Did a job for me, didn't complete, I had questions, they got VERY argument ice/ defensive, all they wanted was payment...HORRIBLE SERVICE
