Transitions and SUNY Cobleskill collaborate to offer students with learning differences enrolled in SUNY Cobleskill access to its world-class academic programs that combine classroom learning, professional mentorship, and hands-on workplace experiences tailed to each students’ specific career goals. Transitions is CQL accredited focusing on full-year transition programs with college or career tracks, summer camps, and creative arts programs. The Transitions program steps in where the school system leaves off to teach its students the skills necessary to make their goals realities.
