Absolutely the worst experience. Took a total of 40 visits to do a job that I was told would b 3-4 days. Twenty plus visits of troubleshooting and I still don't have a functioning elevator. They simply are incompetent and this is compounded by a lack of communication. It was literally a Saturday night live skit. Now I'll have to pay another company to remove their mess.
