DO NOT EVER USE ENTERPRISE!! UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING AWAY MONEY

I recently rented a car through enterprise on January 10th while having maintenance work done on my car. When I first received the car, it was stained with salt from the road and had snow on it. The car was supposed to be washed and cleaned prior to customer use. The inside of the vehicle was also filthy dirty which included: seats, dashboard, and visor. I only had the truck for 9 hrs. I did not hit any cars or have any cars hit me. I park in assigned parking and at that time and now do not have anyone living on the house to the right of me where I parked the car in my assigned spot. I returned the vehicle to Audi as instructed by Audi, who stated that the accept Enterprise drop offs. I inspected the car and there was no damage to the car. An Audi employee backed the truck up, good chance where the damage occurred, through a very tight lot packed with cars. After 3 business days, which Enterprise is legally required to disclose damage information within 48hrs and no attempts at contact within 48hrs were made, I was notified on Tuesday at 3pm, that the rear tail light on the truck was damaged. I dropped the vehicle off on Friday at 6:30pm. Enterprise is required to check cars after drop off immediately unless after hours (in there policy). The Audi location is 5 minutes away from the Enterprise dealership. I insisted that I had not caused any damage and was told that I was responsible and was only responsible for the $250 deductible for a cracked tail light. As of February 9th, I was given photos (almost a full month since supposed damage) and now am being charge $1115 for the truck being in the shop, the cost of the truck not being able to be rented and multiple other bogus charges.
